Lex Hotel is 500 m from Gangnam’s main shopping district of Garosu-gil and a 3-minute walk from the Sinsa Station Subway (Line 3). Guests staying here can enjoy karaoke and free property-wide internet access.

The hotel is a 9-minute drive from Jamwon Hangang Park and the shopping and dining options at Cheongdamdong. The Incheon International Airport is 80 minutes away from the Sinsa Station via the Limousine Bus no. 6009.

Fitted with air conditioning and heating systems, rooms feature a 46-inch flat-screen TV, coffee/tea making facilities and a mini fridge. The en suite bathroom comes with bath and shower facilities and toiletries. All rooms are equipped with both WiFi and wired internet cable. Some rooms come with a PC.

Lex operates a 24-hour front desk which provides tour information in English, Japanese and Chinese. Laptop rental, luggage storage and laundry services can be arranged.

Good

The location was great, close to bus stops and subway stations.

There was a condom wrapper in the bedroom. We notified them. It was just the wrapper but still. The room is located right next to a club so it was difficult to sleep. Could hear music until 6am.

Very Good

The location is nice, it is clean and the staff is friendly.

As mentioned in other comments there is a nightclub. It wasn't audible in our room but in the floor and elevator. If you sleep with an open window there will be noise from the street anyway. Afterall, it is located in Gangnam which maybe is not the right spot for families anyway.

Truly Fantastic Hotel, but very hard mattress

Close to nightlife and staff are respectful of my privacy. The shower was fantastic and the supplied hair treatment was the best I've received during a hotel stay.

The only think I really disliked was the bed was extremely hard. It felt like I was laying on a slab of concrete with just a sheet to soften the surface. I literally got bruises on my hips from laying on my side.

Friendly staff, big rooms and convenient location. However, not for light sleepers.

My room was a lot bigger than I anticipated. Besides the typical shower gel and shampoo, they also had toothbrushes, hair and skincare products available. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There was an airconditioning unit, a table and a desk space. While there wasn't any breakfast, there is a 24/7 convenience store right next to the hotel where I got my food and drinks. The hotel is close to 2 subway stations (Sinsa and Nonhyeon), which made it very easy for me to get around. Tip: The hotel is located above a nightclub that is open Thursday to Sunday. For this reason, I asked to be put in a room without a lot of noise. They gave me a room on the 9th floor (thank god, they have 2 elevators!). I could still feel the bass from the club at times, but considering that this hotel is located within a very busy district of the city, it was relatively quiet. However, I wouldn't recommend this hotels to light sleepers.

It would have been nice to have some closet space.

Decent accommodation

The airport limousine bus line is across the street and Sinsa station is just a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, so it's easy to explore other areas from there. A convenience store (CU) is next to the entrance of the hotel. It's great, if you want to buy some drinks or snacks to have them in your room. I loved the range of skin care products in the hotel room!

Even if the hotel names itself 'Tourist Hotel' not every employee at the reception was able to speak english. The mattress was too hard for me, but I guess it's normal in South Korea. I was on the 8th floor and could feel and hear the club in the basement, but it wasn't too noisy. It's not easy to go to this club, if you're a foreigner. It's better to look for another place. I was there for three nights and the cleaning lady didn't show up once, because she just comes two times a week, if you don't ask for it. So don't expect to be welcomed by a prepared bed and fresh towels. Many people are getting some plastic surgeries there and staying in the hotel to rest. I guess that's the reason for the lack of attention in room cleaning.

Friendly and helpful staff! smooth check-in, large room, TV, hair dryer, small fridge all there, excellent WiFi, generous supply of toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, tooth brushes etc), bath robes and slippers free of charge, very clean, excellent value for price

There is a club/bar next to the hotel which plays extremely loud music until early morning that made sleep impossible. When the hotel staff apologized in advance already at check in for the "vibrations and music", I did not expect it would actually be that loud, we finally decided to move to a different hotel, though the night club is not the hotel's fault

Simple but convenient

Simple but comfortable. Looking new the room. There is a club next door, so we had to manage the vibration over the weekend at night. Also they had construction going on… it also made some noise. Overall it was good.

Cost Effective accommodation

The room is nice and large, the bathroom is also spacey. The internet worked well. Easy to walk in Gangnam area.

No wardrobe in the room, so I kept my clothes in the suitcase. The cleaning hours are not clear, I left the note to clean and they didn't show up 2 times.

Good place to sleep over. Bit overpriced.

Very nice staff. Close to the main bus line into the city. Metro station is only 3min walk from the hotel. Convenience store in the same location. Parking facility for dropoff available.

Staff could be better with English. Quite noisy from the main street. Not enough daylight in the room.

ลิฟท์มีแค่2ตัว และค่อนข้างช้า การทำความสะอาดของห้องพักไม่สะอาดมากแต่ก็พอไหว ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดเท้า งงมาก เสียงเพลงจากคลับชั้นล่างถือว่าดังมาก ดีที่ส่งคำขอพิเศษผ่านbooking.comว่าขอห้องพักเงียบๆ จึงได้พักชั้น8 จากทั้งหมด9ชั้น ทำให้นอนหลับสบาย แต่ตอนเช้าตื่นมายังได้ยินเสียง แสดงว่าห้องชั้นล่างๆคงหลับลำบากน่าดู พนง.ต้อนรับหญิงกับชายสูงวัยไม่ยิ้มแย้มรู้สึกไม่เป็นมิตรเลย
